The Townhome
Why stay in a cramped hotel room (even if it’s a themed resort hotel room) when you can have a 1,440 square foot townhome with three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, an open-concept space for the whole family with a living area, dining area, and fully-equipped modern kitchen. Right outside the wall-to-wall sliders is the private screened-in lanai with splash pool.

Enjoy the amenities of Windsor Hills Resort when you stay at The Mouse House! Take a short 4-minute walk up the street to the clubhouse to enjoy a day at the resort-style heated pool, waterpark featuring dueling slides, games room, fitness center, and movie theater. Grab a drink and some food at the onsite grill and store.
Rates
We are not a “discount” vacation rental — we offer a beautiful, clean home for families up to eight people for a price that is considerably less than the theme-park hotel rooms. Our rates include complimentary pool heat during the months of September – March. Also, save the third-party service fees you will pay to Vrbo or Airbnb — we do not charge a service fee.
Located upstairs on the same level as the bunk room, the master bedroom is equipped with a king bed with quality bedding. There is a full dresser and two night stands, as well as a closet for keeping your belongings tidy during your stay. Attached to the king bedroom is a full bathroom with a double vanity, combination tub and shower, and toilet. There is a large wall-mounted smart TV for some night-time viewing before sleep.
Perfect for grandparents or other adults not needing to be on the same floor as children, the downstairs guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with quality bedding. There is plenty of storage with a 4-drawer chest of drawers, night stand, and closet. There is a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a wall-mounted smart TV with fiber-optic cable channels.
Kids of all ages love the Mouse House bunk room. The room is tastefully decorated with a Classic Mickey theme. Room features a twin bunk bed with a roll-out trundle. This will sleep three -- then there is a futon that folds out to another twin bed for a total of four beds in the bunk room. Enjoy sitting on the futon or gaming chair playing various Playstation 4 games. or simply watch their favorite streaming shows or cable television channels on the large wall-mounted TV. There is an ensuite bathroom (also Mickey-themed) that has a vanity, tub/shower combination, and toilet.
Private Pool
Enjoy the splash pool any time you like. Complimentary heat provided September - March.
Coffee Station
Enjoy our coffee station as you enter the kitchen. Initial complimentary supply of coffee, hot cocoa, & tea.
Ensuite Bathrooms
Each of the three bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom for guests. Starter packets of shampoo, bath gels included.
Beach & Baby Gear
Headed to the beach? Feel free to take the rolling cooler and beach umbrellas. We provide strollers, high chair, and pack-n-play with sheets.

Booking Requirements
- All booking requests must be approved by the owners of The Mouse House.
- Final acceptance is contingent on receipt of guest’s reading and accepting all terms of the Rental Agreement and providing copies of legal IDs for all adults 18+ on the reservation.
- No third-party bookings allowed – the name of the person booking must be the name on the payment source.
- Our townhome is limited to a maximum of 8 guests.
- We do not accept pets.
Request to Book
- Complete the Personal Information (first and last name of the primary guest, email address and phone number)
- Complete the Booking Information (number of adults and children)
- Click the Request to Book button to submit the information to us.
- We accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal (PayPal will incur processing fees of 3% for US, 4% for international).
We usually answer guest inquiries within two hours between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST.
